Rehearsals are well underway for the Twilight Theatre's production of "Guys and Dolls" to be presented at the Frederick Brown, Jr. Amphitheatre September 3-4 and 10-11 at 8 pm. Director Tammy Barton and Music Director Barbara Zellner have gathered an exciting cast from Fayette and Coweta Counties featuring brother and sister Jason Lindsey as Sky Masterson and Amanda Lindsey as Miss Adelaide. Also in the cast are Celia Sullivan and Anna Kate Spears, sharing the role of Sarah Brown, and Dustin McDonald as Nathan Detroit.
The popular Broadway musical "Guys and Dolls" tells the comic tale of gamblers, dancers, and missionaries who all meet on the streets of New York. Favorite songs from the show are "I'll Know When My Love Comes Along," "Marry the Man Today," and "Sit Down You're Rocking the Boat." Dance numbers are being choreographed by Stacey Zellen of Newnan.
